License to Precision Aero, Inc.
Precision Aero, Inc. does not want you to send any confidential or proprietary information via Precision Aero, Inc. sites. By posting messages, uploading files, inputting data or engaging in any other form of communication through this service, you agree to grant Precision Aero, Inc. a royalty-free, perpetual, nonexclusive, unrestricted worldwide license to:

Bulletin Boards
This service may include bulletin boards and chat rooms (“bulletin boards”) which allow feedback to Precision Aero, Inc. and real-time interaction between users. Precision Aero, Inc. does not control the messages, information or files delivered to bulletin boards. IT IS A CONDITION OF YOUR USE OF THE BULLETIN BOARDS AND THIS SITE THAT YOU DO NOT:
• Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the bulletin boards.

You understand that Precision Aero, Inc. has no obligation to monitor or edit the content of the bulletin boards. However, Precision Aero, Inc. reserves the right at all times to disclose any information posted by you or any other user as may be necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request or, in Precision Aero, Inc.’s sole discretion, to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, save and hold harmless Precision Aero, Inc., its licensees and Precision Aero, Inc.’s respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all liabilities, claims, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the site, or your violation or alleged violation of the terms of this agreement.
Choice of Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of law. If any provision of this Agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
International Users
The Precision Aero, Inc. sites are controlled, operated, and administered from within the United States of America. Precision Aero, Inc. makes no representation that the Precision Aero, Inc. sites are appropriate or available for use outside the United States. You are prohibited to access the Precision Aero, Inc. sites from countries or territories where any content on the Precision Aero, Inc. sites might be illegal or prohibited. You may not use the Precision Aero, Inc. sites or any materials thereon which may violate any export laws or regulations.
Entire Agreement
These terms, including any legal notices and disclaimers contained on this website, constitute the entire agreement between Precision Aero, Inc. and you in relation to your use of this website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings with respect to same.
Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by Precision Aero, Inc. at any time for any reason without notice. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access this site or the bulletin boards, and the restrictions imposed on you with respect to material downloaded from either this site or the bulletin boards, the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in this Agreement, shall survive termination.
